Private Events

Anchorage Community House is the perfect venue for your next club meeting, company retreat or social gathering. We provide a cozy atmosphere where you can gather in the living room, get creative in our art room or prepare a meal in the kitchen.  We can configure the space to meet your needs.

This small venue provides an intimate gathering space that can host up to 30 people. Seeing is believing. We encourage you to come visit us and see if the space will work for your group.

What is included for your private event:

  1. Access to all rooms within the space including full use of our kitchen, utensils and dishes.
  2. Free wifi.
  3. Configuration of the space – set up of whiteboards, conference table, break out spaces. You tell us your needs and we’ll make it happen.
  4. Coffee and tea.
  5. Clean up. Leave that mess to us.

Private event rates during the week between 8am-5pm and Saturdays:
$200 for 1/2 day – 4 hours total
$400 for the day – 8 hours total

Private event rates for weeknights between 5:30pm-9pm & Sundays:

$65 (non-member) or $50 (member) for the evening or up to 3 hours on Sunday for up to 10 participants.  $5 per additional person up to 10 additional participants for a total of 20 participants at an event.
