IMG_8550 Oh, this jam is so good. Watching Ann teach last night was amazing. Her years of experience was perfect for both novices and old hands alike. I realized that I have some bad habits that I am sure to revisit now.
Ann discussed the different types of pectin and different recipes. Bottom line, follow a recipe and keep everything clean and sterile and you shouldn’t have a problem.
IMG_8542IMG_8544 We were so energized at the end of the class (perhaps it was all the jam tasting) that we have plans to offer another class in mid-October. You really don’t want to miss the opportunity to learn from Ann!
