Terms and Conditions of Event Participation

By signing up for an event at Anchorage Community House you agree to the following:

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be given for programs cancelled by Anchorage Community House. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process all refunds. There will be no refund given if participant or guardian cancels less than 5 business days prior to the start of the program. Credit towards a future class will be provided for cancellations provided more than 5 business days in advance.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION

Anchorage Community House may need to cancel a program due to low enrollment. In this event, you will be notified of the cancellation and be given a full refund. Anchorage Community House reserves the right to reschedule a program.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

All programs (day and evening) will be cancelled when the Anchorage School District schools are closed. Information on cancellations will be posted our website’s home page – www.anchoragecommunityhouse.com.

PROGRAM MAKE UP

Anchorage Community House will make all attempts to reschedule a program that has been cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor absence. Anchorage Community House is not responsible for programs missed due to the absence of a participant.

PHOTOGRAPH & VIDEOTAPE POLICY

Periodically, Anchorage Community House photographs/videotapes program participants for promotional purposes. Unless a participant or guardian informs us of their desire not to be photographed, Anchorage Community House will use the photographs/videotapes for its promotional purposes.
